One of my favorite restaurants in Henderson is Gaetano's Ristorante. You must try the Butternut Squash Ravioli with sage butter, it is fantastic! One of the best Italian restaurants in the valley. Many dishes are wonderful, like the Pacific sand crabs, osso bucco, and ethereal mixed seafood carpaccio. Gaetano himself hosts nightly and the sevice is excellent.
