Thomas Keller, chef/owner of Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery, will conduct his first Las Vegas signing for his latest cookbook "Under Pressure" Tuesday, June 16 at Bouchon in The Venetian. "Under Pressure" is entirely dedicated to the art and science of cooking sous vide, a technique frequently used in all of Chef Keller's restaurants.
The signing will offer attendees a unique opportunity to interact with Chef Keller, a recipient of consecutive "Best Chef" awards from the James Beard Foundation. He will host a Question and Answer portion from 6:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. prior to the actual signing. Copies of "Under Pressure" will be available for purchase the day of the event for $75 plus tax. Keller's other titles including "The French Laundry" and "Bouchon" are available for $50 each plus tax.

Miley Cyrus coming to Las Vegas - September 26th!
Fans of teen sensation Miley Cyrus stand to get a special back-to-school treat this fall.
The 16-year-old "Hannah Montana" star announced Friday that she will play the Thomas & Mack Center on Sept. 26.
The concert is part of Cyrus' upcoming North American tour, which gets underway in Portland on Sept. 14 and will visit 43 cities before coming to a close in Miami in early December.
The Disney sensation -- whose real name is Destiny but goes by her childhood nickname, "Miley," since she is so "s-miley" -- will bring the up-and-coming band Metro Station on the road with her as the opening act.
Tickets for her shows will go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 13, and will range in price from $39.50 to $79.50 (plus taxes and service charges). Go to www.UNLVTickets.com
