Wynn Las Vegas has reportedly sold an amazing SLOT-MACHINE WRISTWATCH -- the only one in existence -- by Girard-Perregaux. The slot machine function is both fully functional and fully mechanical, and is activated by a lever arm on the side. The watch, called the Vintage 1945 Jackpot Tourbillon, sold for $625,000. That's a lot of money, but it's better than throwing it away on real slot machines. The company plans to make 40 more similar watches.
