M Resort plans to launch cooking show

Chef Tina Martini will host new cooking show @ M ResortOn the heels of its national culinary debut on Bravo’s “Top Chef: Las Vegas,” M Resort will be launching a cooking show of its own next week.Demonstration Kitchen at The Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet - M Resort in Henderson.
This show won’t be on TV, but will take on a similar format. “Martini Time” with Chef Tina Martini will run five days a week in the resort’s Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet. Martini’s 60-minute show will focus on cooking techniques and nutrition, M Resort said.Since the beginning stages of construction of M Resort, plans were announced for a 500-seat buffet, featuring live-action cooking stations, where diners could learn tips and techniques from the resort’s chefs. The Studio B Show Kitchen Buffet appeared in episodes of “Top Chef,” as did the resort’s Italian restaurant, Marinelli’s.

Tickets will go on sale next week with the first show beginning Jan. 26. Prices haven't been announced but M Resort said it will include lunch or dinner at the buffet, depending on the show time.
