Very Vegas Valentine Cocktail


3 tspn strawberry syrup

2 tspn egg white

3 raspberries

4 tspn grapefruit juice

4.5 tspn gin 'Bombay Sapphire'

2 drops Droplets Orange. Blossom Honey.

1 dash (Small, inaccurate, to taste) of 'Peychaud's bitters'.

Decoration: a miniature rose.


-Crush Raspberries in a shaker using a pestle and then serve the rest of ingredients.

-Add Abundant ice and beat for 10 seconds.

Serve the cocktail in the glass by passing it through a fine sieve and add a diamond ice.

-Decorate With a raspberry on the ice and a rose on the stem of the glass.
